1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a significant issue with your order

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized keychains

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Exchanges

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily exchange it for the same item or a store credit.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if required), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
